I have an all black eagle tattoo, from ernie ball guitar string package, that was done by an amateur on my upper left arm, need to get covered. Any websites for catalogged designs or other helpful info appreciated.

I am looking to get my first tattoo done. I have been looking on the net for ideas and designs and there seems to be so much garbage. Can anybody help?

What are you supposed to do after you get a tattoo? Clean it? How, with what, and when do you stop giving it special care?
ALSO, I heard neosporin smears it. Is that true? If so, what else can smear/ be bad for it?
