I wanted to get this tattoo in memory of my mom who has just recently passed away from breast cancer (refer to her video in video responses). Life without her physical presence has been rather difficult to adjust to and accept and there is not one day that goes by that I dont think of her. I have a terrible case of aichmophobia (poking my arm with a lead pencil can make me cry) so it was hard for me to even think about a needle poking me however many times but I did it and Im proud of myself …

Yeah, I hate having a phobia of needles.. but when I got the tattoo, I just asked him not to ever let me see the needle haha. That seemed to help. Good luck with yours !

Uhm.. it hurt a bit at first but as it goes on, you get used to it and then it kinda just feels like somebody’s scratching you with a pin or something. Although, there were sometimes random spots where itd hurt more than the others. But other than that, it really wasnt that bad.

My sister is looking into getting a tattoo on her side but she read that it was voted #2 most painful spot to get tattooed (#1 was the foot).
